The project involved a complete gut and renovation of the 5th floor of the historic 40 Pearl downtown Grand Rapids building, creating a high-end, Class A office space for NPF, a local financial investment firm.  The build-out featured an energy-efficient HVAC system with zoning for personalized climate control and advanced acoustic separation for privacy in executive offices and meeting rooms.  High-end finishes, including custom millwork, luxury flooring, and sophisticated lighting, were used to create a refined atmosphere.  Open collaboration areas, private offices, and meeting rooms were designed for flexibility and functionality.  The renovation carefully blended modern design with preserved historic elements, resulting in a premier workspace that met NPF’s growing business needs.
